We are in a buyer’s market, and what that means is sellers are facing challenges selling. In oder to successfully sell in this market, sellers should be prepared to “do whatever it takes,” and work with buyers.

I offer my sellers a discounted listng fee of 3.75%. In exchange, I seek sellers who want to sell their homes, as opposed to list them. I put a lot of time, energy, and money into my listings, are you prepared to make it happen?

Here are some things that I typically do for my clients:

Tour your home, noting its strengths and weakness from a market perspective
Make suggestions about what should be changed to place it on the market, and tips for “showing your home.”
Assist you in negotiating a selling price that will “sell” your home in today’s changing marketplace
Encourage you to list your home on the MLS
Take one side of the deal as opposed to trying to obtain “both sides”
Show you my marketing plan and ideas for your home
Place ads on your behalf on the Internet
Conduct Open Houses to gain market exposure
Design color marketing flyer for your home and provide you with multiple copies
Assist you through the maze of paperwork
Coordinate and assist with inspections with pre-selected vendors
Pre-Qualify all buyers who are interested in your home
Field all offers and negotiate on your behalf
Assist with the transaction paperwork
Assist with assuring that you are protected from liability
