  • Assist you through the maze of paperwork
  • Coordinate and assist with inspections with pre-selected vendors
  • Pre-Qualify all buyers who are interested in your home
  • Field all offers and negotiate on your behalf
  • Assist with the transaction paperwork
  • Assist with assuring that you are protected from liability
