It's no secret. A great number of homeowners who need to sell are in trouble. I've decided that I would like to do something to help in my own small way.

The target audience for this program is the homeowner who needs to move, OUT OF NECESSITY. The type of circumstance that will warrant my attention is a job loss, a medical problem within the family that has depleted resources, a disability, or a senior citizen who can no longer live in their own home.

(I am not able to offer this program for those who were merely unlucky, or over extended to buy a home.)
