Bank Owned Properties and Short Sales
 

Many buyers are becoming excited about the possibility of purchasing a home at lower prices than we've seen in over five years.

Through the MLS, and my extensive research, I possess access to bank owned properties, as well as 'short sales,' deals where the seller is upside down and the lender must take a loss.

These properties ARE NOT being sold at 50 cents to the dollar as some buyers would like. They ARE however, being sold between 10-20% below comparable market value.
